Report a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue in Verixet software, infrastructure we operate for you, or related services, please email [email protected] with a clear description, affected components, and steps to reproduce where possible. We review good-faith reports and work with reporters on coordinated disclosure when appropriate.

Phishing and account abuse

Suspected phishing, credential stuffing, or abuse of Verixet branding should be reported to the same address so we can investigate and coordinate with providers if needed.

Operational security

Self-hosted deployments remain responsible for their own access control, secrets management, and incident response. See documentation for hardening guidance and support & contact for other channels.
